TERMS AND CONDITIONS - must read!

1. For serious buyer only! First come first served basis. No last minute cancellation. Back out buyers will be blacklisted.

2. Delivery of item will be made only after we have received the full payment.

3. All item are brand new. Colour of the fabrics may vary from the actual item due to flash lighting and screen display but we will try our best to capture as clearly as possible.

4. Items sold are NOT refundable/exchangeable/returnable.

5. Payments are to be made within 2 days after the confirmation or else the order will be cancelled.

6. Cotton Fanatik will not be held responsible for any damage or lost item cause by the shipping provider.

7. Once you place an order, it means that are willing to accept our T&C.

8. We reserve the rights to change the T&C without prior notice

2. After we have received your email, please wait for our confirmation order. We will try to reply your email within 24 hours for the confirmation of order. If you don't received our reply email in your Inbox, please do check your Spam/Junk Box.

5. We will deliver the ordered item via pos laju and provide you tracking number for your reference.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING

1. All purchased items will be delivered via POSLAJU once payment is received.

2. Postage fee:
For West Malaysia - RM7 - 1-2pieces
RM9 - 3-4pieces
more than 4pieces - according to weight

For East Malaysia - RM9 - 1-2pieces
RM11 - 3-4pieces
more than 4pieces - according to weight

3. Delivery of items only 2 times a week i.e every Monday and Thursday morning.
